    Description

    A knowledgeable guy sent me message that this helmet is actually a South African MK2 helmet used in Ww2 as opposed to my original description of
    original British WW2 Brodie Steel Helmet. But still it is a Desert Tan in color used by Soldiers in North Africa. This particular helmet has been with some layers of paints. Stampings cannot be seen most likey under coats of paint. Steel is excellent but with 3 punch holes in back rim. Liner is complete but dry. Chinstrap is in good condition for its age.
