WW2 Propaganda Monkey Spinner "Leck Mich Im Arsch"

Description

A monkey spinner believed to be from World War 2.  It's a monkey holding a spinner that reads "leck mich im arsch," which translates to "kiss my ass".
Measures 5" long, the chain is 3" long. Top of the chain is a horseshoe on the back side is War Patent. What's the purpose other than war propaganda? If someone out there knows I'd be interested. I did find one having been sold of etsy but it was a copper color and they called it a watch fob, but that one didn't have the chain and horseshoe.
