    UPA Military Pass converted of a medal with defacing Joseph Stalin portrait. UPA Soldiers used the Military Pass to be able to tell if friend or foe. Article 58 of the Criminal Code provides for a punishment of a imprisonment of 10 years or death penalty for the deface of the Joseph Stalin portrait! A nice example of Anti-Stalin Propaganda. The UPA Soldiers don't surrender!
