  • Condition: This is one of the most beautiful stones we have in the store. It is difficult to translate in words and capture in photos its beauty but look closely and try to imagine this super unique masterpiece. It has gorgeous deep reddish orange gemmy spessartine garnet crystals cover most of the front face of the stone. It is very three dimensional with one corner edge being a bit taller than the rest of the stone. All the crystals sit on a bed of creamy native matrix that provide and awesome color contrast to "set them off." There is one edge of the stone that has a translucent smoky grey quartz jutting outwards. This is the area where it could be front to back drilled if requested. Back is flat and smoothly polished opaque creamy matrix with one metallic black mineral speck and the translucent quartz tip/edge crysta (last 2 pics) Handmade in the United States by master lapidary artist, Peter Ehret of The Glass Slipper Lapidary Studios, Texas, USA. Can be front to back drilled.
