  • Condition: Gorgeous deep rich well-formed reddish orange gemmy spessartine garnet crystals cover most of the front face of this natural gemstone center piece pendant. The crystals have lots of large light reflecting crystal facets. Back is not polished and is predominantly flat, not polished instead the surface texture of the matrix has been left in its natural state - it gives it a very earthy feel. A few areas of the matrix along the sides and back have been treated with a sealer/hardener. Fabulous natural gemstone center piece for a wire wrapper or could be a small mineral collector specimen. Handmade in the United States by master lapidary artist, Peter Ehret. Can be drilled upon request to turn into a bead, front to back, down below one of the crystals - as orientated in pic #10)
